Do you ship to Military Bases or facilities?
Yes. We do ship to APO/FPO/DPOs. We just need the complete address which includes the PSC, Box #s, AEs, APs and zipcode.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. We will reach out to customers to provide a valid address.
Why do you charge packaging fee for Frozen Items?
Frozen Items are handled and packaged differently than other groceries. The cost cover the insulated box liner, additional labels, and gel packs to minimize thawing or slow-down the thawing of the frozen items.
Do you ship weekends?
Yes. We do ship Saturday.
When is the latest a frozen can be shipped?
We ship everyday EXCEPT SUNDAY. We strongly recommend that the customer select the Express shipping service (e.g., 1-day).
I selected 3-day Select shipping options upon check-out. Why it's taking longer than 3 days?
The counting of 3days starts when we completed your order and dropped it off to the mailing facility NOT when order was placed. Note that the is it BUSINESS Days and not Calendar Days.
How do you ship the Cooked Foods/Desserts?
Cooked Foods are ideally for local pick-up and local delivery. If the customer requested or ordered the cooked foods and will be shipped, it will be considered frozen, and will be shipped along with other frozen items, if any, in an insulated liner or mailer with gel packs.
Why is the $9.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping is not showing up at the check-out?
If your total purchase cost (excluding shipping) is less than $85, the flat rate shipping will not be available. You will be charge with a real-time rate from the carriers you choose.
